Welcome to Europeia!
So what the heck is Europeia anyways?

Can I join?

So, I came here representing another region? I do not want to become a citizen. Where should I go?

What offices are there for people to be elected into?

What is there for me to do in Europeia?

That answers most of my immediate questions. What if I have any more?

Ignoring OO's political sniping, I agree completely with PhDre.

I would also like to add, however, that Senators should be encouraged to recruit above and beyond their quotas this term. I have been doing so for some time now, and I know it would really help the region if everyone else did so as well.

I won't say we're doing anything per sea... but don't say I stole your idea either. :P

I've personally set a goal of recruiting 15 nations from all 7 feeder regions on a schedule such as (Tu-Th-Sa or Mo-We-Fr-Su), simply because I want to help out, and mostly because I actually enjoy recruiting.

Does the panel see any clashes or big battles being fought in the future, based on current information and conditions?

Just make sure you a) don't cut into other people's quotas b) end up recruiting a few old nations leaving new ones to "rot" - newer nations = better chance we get more nations! :)

You never really know what's brewing - anything could set off a conflict or a clash between the President and those who are looking to see him make a mistake and call him on it.

Yes. I get less eloquent the closer I get to an all-nighter. Sigh. This project is going to kill me.

It will be a very cold day in hell when you respond to anything I say that criticizes you in any way shape or form.

Back to the point, something's brewing. I have no idea what it is though. As the NCP continues to implode, we'll see how much more longer it'll last. Looking at the NCP, they really only have 8 voting members, as the rest are grossly inactive. I smell a problem. Although, on the other hand - this could alleviate the tension among the old guard and the newbies, as the newbs don't have a solid voting block.

Firstly, I will answer to that for the final time, because I'm not interested in going around in circles.

Neither does Chief of Staff. Foreign Affairs > Chief of Staff. But that is a mute point, she has experience for sure. The experience is not a factor at play here.

Firstly, at least I served a full term as Chief of Staff. And in fact, being Chief of Staff is a position a lot closer to the Presidency than MoFA- you have an overseer role rather than a specialised micromanaging role. If you try micromanaging every department when you're the President, unless you're extremely good, it won't work. Secondly, she served under half a term in Cabinet. I'm not disputing her other experience, just this area.

And of course, experience is a factor at play here, and it always has been.

Now, I will just restate that I wasn't actually trying to attack Earth22 here; I completely acknowledge that she has rightfully and fairly won the elections, and I respect that. I will give her the chance to prove herself as Vice President before criticising her; I merely said it will be interesting to see how this pans out, given that neither has very significant Cabinet experience.

In fact, OO, it was you who turned this into a political battle, and I'm not interested in a smear campaign at the moment. Especially given that elections are clearly over, I would also appreciate it if you could acknowledge that and move on!

Secondly, the NCP is not imploding. Let me say that. How do you know so much about my party if you're not a member, OO? I know what I'm doing, and I confidently say that the party is in no way imploding. Implosion is a strong term, and a gross exaggeration in this instance.

And I presume that today is a very cold day in hell, because I have responded to your criticism? In fact, if you look, I've been doing that for a very long time, OO...

Finally, can we return to using nice, friendly language, please?

And no, not really, Jusduckria. Thanks for having me here; it's been a pleasure to talk with my fellow panelists and our lovely host.

I would be happy to help out again on one of your panels, if you ever want me, Jus. :D

Of course, Swak! It was a pleasure for me to have you here, as with all of the other panelists.

Since this is waaaaay old now, I should probably finally close it.

Thanks to all of the panelists and viewers, and tune in next time.

(I'm always looking for panelists! Drop me a PM!)

Til next time...remember: Shitting out rainbows can be bad for both your bowels and your low tolerance of UV radiation.
