Welcome to Europeia!
So what the heck is Europeia anyways?

Can I join?

So, I came here representing another region? I do not want to become a citizen. Where should I go?

What offices are there for people to be elected into?

What is there for me to do in Europeia?

That answers most of my immediate questions. What if I have any more?

*slightly confused* Do you mean you cannot admit anyone at this stage due to some malfunctioning software?

No, I'm just waiting for our intelligence agency to hand me a security report.

Congratulations! Your application has been accepted and an admin will mask you shortly. Welcome to Europeia!

If you haven't done so already, post an introduction in the Introduce Yourself subforum. We'd love to get to you better!

To find your way around Europeia, look through the Newcomer's Handbook. Written by Europeians, it offers you a quick guide to this region that can be a bit overwhelming. You might want to get a mentor to help you out during your first days. There are many qualified people that will be a big help to jumpstart your career!

If you're not already a member of the WA and want to participate in some aggressive fun, we suggest you join it and then join the navy! Europeia's armed forces are known as the Navy. If you are interested in learning the ways of NationStates warfare or would just like to help make Europeia strong, please feel free to join! We are always looking for new recruits and participation in the Navy takes almost no time at all! For those of you who are wondering, we have no affiliation on the Invader/Defender axis.

If you'd like to get involved in the Europeian government, become a junior minister! JMs assist the Ministers of Interior, Foreign Affairs, and Culture, so you could be helping grow our region, connecting with other regions or boosting culture in this region! This is a great way for you to explore the different aspects of Europeia.

Another excellent way to jump in politically is to join the City Council. The City Council is Europeia's pan-legislative body, where you can start experimenting in the legislative side of our government. This is the perfect way to jumpstart your political career and get a feel for legislation!

Europeia has a couple of political parties, where you can join together with other like-minded citizens. If none of these appeal to you, you can always stay independent or create your own party!

Of course, you can always just hang out with us. Check out the Republica Square for some conversation that's sure to derail after the second page, the spam section for some carefree fun, or jumpstart a roleplay and participate in some in-game RP in "Got Nation?".

I'd also encourage you to get a MSN, because many members have one, as it makes for ease of communication.

Again, welcome to Europeia!
