How long is the time from a post in a topic the staff consider to be bumping? It's not clearly stated in the Rules.

If you're confused; put it this way:
If you replied a post that hasn't be replied in ................. than it is considered bumping.
(just fill in the blank)

Then it is acceptable to post on an old topic, as long as the information is relevant, or you need to know something about it?

no bumping -Does this mean even when you are new to the side and run through old postings where you want to ask something it is not allowed?
