![]() My present to the community! This winter-themed pack will have eight animals from the coldest regions in the Mesozoic era. Four animals will be from the Late Cretaceous arctic region of Canada/Alaska, and four others will be from the Early Cretaceous Antarctic region of Australia. This pack is expected to be released on Christmas Day. To start off, we'll show the first animal to prove that this pack exists. ![]() This is Australovenator, a small, slender, fast-running allosaur from the Early Cretaceous of Australia. Australovenator was 20 feet long and was a close relative of the enigmatic Megaraptor. Like its larger cousin, Australovenator is known to have a large thumb claw, which allowed it to leap and climb onto prey like a dromaeosaur's sickle claw would. You may know Australovenator from Walkiing with Dinosaurs. It wasn't named, but it was shown as a "dwarf allosaur" that terrorized the Leaellynsaura family. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() More to come, and...well...happy holidays, everyone! |

Will Leaellynasaura be in it? That's my favorite polar dinosaur! And will Koolasuchus be in it as well? And will the unnamed Dicynodont from early cretaceous Queensland also be in this pack? |

Right you are. ![]() This download was made in light of recent discoveries that proved that Leaellynasaura had a long tail and was probably covered in quills to keep warm. It slept by wrapping its fluffy tail around its body like a scarf. Arctic Foxes do the same thing. READ! ![]() ![]() ![]() And here's the male, who has longer quills and a ruff around his neck.

Awsome job there. Those little guys are pretty neat. One question, will Muttaburosaurus(spelling maybe wrong) and Koolasuchus be in it? |

Kingcobrasaurus: Nice Leaellynasaura pal Oh, and could you please make a Walking with Dinosaurs variant? Because that's the best skin of Leaellynasaura I can think of. You can still use that as the main skin, just make a quilled WWD variant skin please? Tyrannosaurusrex45: I already asked if Koolasuchus would be in it and I'm not sure that muttabura would be in it as well. |

Dinosaurfan16: Oh sorry I didn't know that, also will Australovenator have a feathered WWD varient as well? |

Not likely. I think that basing skins off of WWD is getting unoriginal and boring now. Just because MMM did it doesn't mean that everyone else has to do it. Same goes for Leaellynasaura, Dinosaurfan16. Change of plans: the South Pole animals will be released sometime tomorrow, and the North Pole animals will come out at New Years. Turns out that I'm not as fast a worker as I like to think I am. There are still 2 South Pole animals left to be showed, which I'll do tomorrow. |

Oh well. At least I didn't ask for it to be used as the main skin! And why do you think it's boring? I think the skins are cool! (who cares that the raptors didn't have feathers? The creators didn't have a big enough budget!) |

The skins were good, yes, but just about everyone restores the animals with that kind of skin now. It's gotten to the point that we imagine the animals with those skins. I like to challenge that mindset by coloring all my animals different from the way they were shown in famous documentaries. That's why I colored my Gastornis raven-black rather than blue-green with a red face. And there is going to be a Koolasuchus in this pack, I don't deny it. But it's going to be colored orange rather than black, like how WWD portrayed it. |

Alright. But did you know that CC is on hold? So can you please change your mind with Koolasuchus just once? Hey, i think I know an answer that will solve both of our issues: have the females brown and the males black! Good idea, right Kingcobrasaurus? ![]() EDIT: Make that having the females orange. |

Actually, CC is back. MMM is active again, but they're currently working on a pack with Jurassic animals. I just want my animals to be original and unique, and giving them different colors/skins is one of the best ways to do that. Anyway, the date has been postponed until tomorrow! I've been very busy with guests over at Christmas day. I hope you all had a merry Christmas, but I just didn't have time to finish this pack today. But...to make you more excited, here's the next animal: The sauropod Wintonotitan! ![]() Huge credit goes to DM for his public domain Borealosaurus. |

Excellent winoto, but the osteoderms on its back seem a little too regular. If you made the side ones shorter than the middle, it would look better. |
