The tank walls were perfect for this, as it is very marine like, and I liked how you combined 2 different species in to one exhibit. |

That is an excellent exhibit Zookid!! I really like how you used the blijdorp pack there, it is perfect IMO. The building looks great and the indoor viewing area looks great.

South Shields Zooquarium Well here is another update from the zooquarium credit goes to snowleo and markun for objects and inspiration. Alligator Snapping Turtle Exhibit As we leave the Manatee in peace I see a rather large building I wonder what is inside. ![]() I walk in and it appears to be a large indoor exhibit, how nifty. ![]() It looks like a misty wetland in there what could possibly live here. ![]() And out of the water an enormous turtle pops it head out of the water. ![]() These turtles certainy show why they're a threat to even alligators just look at it's size and armoury. ![]() They don't appear to be the most graceful of swimmers unlike their cousins the sea turtles. ![]() But appear alot more relaxed standing on the waters edge staring into space. ![]() I think It's time to leave these prehistoric beasts in peace after all there are many exhibits still to see. Here are two overviews of the exhibit and building complex. ![]() ![]() Hope you enjoyed, would love your feedback please.

Great exhibit Zookid!! You've made fantastic use of Snoleo's puffin house and built a beautiful exhibit inside. |

That glass dome you used for the snapping turtle exhibit is just genius, really lets a lot of sunlight in. |

The way you placed the foliage in the turtle exhibit is great, like a real swamp. |

Tyne & Wear Zoological Park Thank you everyone that viewed and commented and I'm happy to announce there are new arrivals at Tyne & Wear, not the Siberian Tigers but something even move rare. So sit back and enjoy. Golden Tabby Bengal Tiger Exhibit A new exhibit as opened just next door to the Syrian Bears, it looks like a very secluded one lets take a look around. ![]() This exhibit has a very Asian feel to it with Bamboo all around hiding whatever lives inside. ![]() Then next to a dead tree walks probably the rarest form of tiger in the world, the Golden Tabby Tiger with only 30 or less in zoos today. ![]() As it scratches against a post you can see it's pure size and strength, what a massive beauty. ![]() This one likes to strut around the exhibit showing off it's gorgeous coat for all to see, what a poser. ![]() While this one prefers to rest in the middle of the bamboo shoots just minding her own business. ![]() The exhibit is very secure with guests getting a bird's eye view of the tigers in their peacful enclosure. ![]() It's easy to see why people get very few photos of the tigers here, the foliage is just so thick. ![]() Well it's clear the tigers aren't in the photo mood anymore better move on to the next exhibit which I hope is just as good. ![]() Off I go to the next exhibit, I wonder if he Siberian Tigers will be as beautiful. ![]() Here is a overview of the Tiger enclosure, not the biggest but the Tigers don't complain. ![]() I hope you enjoyed and please remember your comments are always welcome.

Looks great! Nice use a bridge, I really like it. But maybe you can also make a viewpoint under the bridge, that would be very nice and makes the exhibit complete. |

That was a plan of mine but I felt it would be too similar to my Alligator exhibit that I showed earlier, I'll have another look and I might do an update later possibly with some cubs. |
