Ooh, a North America section, I can't wait to see what you come up with. :)
Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.

And, if I'm lucky, I may own the old Feathered Frenzy Pack, which'll add more to my birdies!

Yeah, I just need more birds for some areas, and hopefully Aves comes out soon because this zoo needs it. Maybe when it does I'll revamp the whole zoo.

I think I may be getting Wild Wings/Feathered Frenzy soon.

Thanks Thing 1, and PB, my foliage placment and other things relating to the horticulture of the park is based mostly after the San Diego Zoo, some of the plants there take away from the animals. :P

Take away? Don't you add it to the exhibit to add to them? :)

No, sometimes the plants steal the show.

I think I'm going to close this topic until EE comes out. Then, I will overhaul the European Aviary with a few new additions and modifications. It will then be even more amazing when Aves comes out. See you when EE comes out!

Yes, I finally have some pictures! The Southeast Asia aviary is here!

Umm, yeah, read the title!

Okay, so now I have the SE Asia aviary done, except the exterior needs more decoration. It took me a little while because of computer problems, but here it is.

Southeast Asia

As you walk out of the African Aviary, you walk along a path lined with trees. At the end, you see the Southeast Asia building and an outdoor exhibit of sorts.

You look into the outdoor exhibit, with a large pond in it.

Inside is an odd endangered Gharial, one of the most interesting living crocodilians.

Sorry, this one is a link too.

Next, you enter the aviary building and look to a freshwater tank to your right. It shows many interesting fish from the Mekong River, as well as other parts of SE Asia. The first thing that catches your eye is a male Borneo River Shark, the only one in the western hemisphere. These sharks are one of two freshwater species and are new to science as well.

Posted Image

You can also see several golden colored Asain Arowanas, large fish that swim through the rivers of SE Asia.

Posted Image

There were previously Freshwater Whiprays, a freshwater stingray, in the tank too, but were removed due to complications. (In reality, the skin wouldn't show up. :P )

Next you decide to look into the exhibit across from the aquarium.

Posted Image

You hear a squawking noise from the exhibit, and peer in to see a male Great Indian Hornbill, one of the largest hornbills. He gets up and begins to fly around afterwards.
