I have some minor news to share: The park's North Asia avairy has had some new arrivals! The critically endangered Crested Ibises have laid an egg, thanks to our breeding program, we have helped take the first steps towards the conservation of these birds. The newest arrivals are 4 Reeve's Pheasants, Syrmaticus reevesii, straight from China are here in the pheasant exhibit in the aviary! There's one male and three females, we hope that they will succsessfully mate. We're still waiting on the Lady Amhearst's Pheasants, too. ![]() An expansion was made to the pheasant exhibit, connecting the garden and main exhibit: ![]() Ok, so tomorrow I promise it won't be ALL birds. Please comment and suggest what I should improve on in our park. Thank you. |

Great Job, and glad to here you have new arrivals. I would suggest a food court, unless you already have one. |

Ran into a problem with the SE Asia area. I'm probably going to make an oceania area instead, with a large avairy-building, but most of it isn't going to be birds. Any idea where I can get an Emu? |

I love how expansive each aviary is, Kiwlover. Good use of foliage, and quite a bit of diversity. Can't wait for the fishies.

Thanks Panthera and PB. Glad to see you love the birds PB. Maple: I had some problems with my little SE Asia aviary. I'm changing the area to a Australia/New Zealand/New Guinea area, with an aviary of sorts with it. I just need an emu. I also wish someone would make a Kiwi and a Kakapo, because the only NZ bird I have is a Takahe from IE. I'll show the food court first thing after school, today I can get all my homework done because I have 9th period study hall today, where I usually finish homework. |

The elevated path in the aviary looks very good. I like the colors of the foliage and the color of the elevated path. It looks very natural. |
