waffle: Thanks, I actually kinda cram animals into the aviaries, to be honest. This one may also be one of the smallest. Bruno:Thanks, and yes, it did crash, just a half hour ago. I saved just before. Cowman:Thank you. Entrance: (A little boring as of now) ![]() As you walk inside, you hear strange calls and see signs warning you not to feed or touch the animals. Other signs notify that there are endangered animals inside. ![]() |

You peer into the first exhibit, with a pond filled with water plants.![]() Inside are 4 rare Madagascar Pond Herons, Ardeola idae. ![]() You continue on, and see this next exhibit, which the sign says holds Falanoucs, rare viverids from Madagascar. (Sorry, no pic, he was napping and I couldn't find him. Sorry.)![]() |

Thanks, I just discovered that the Swamp Grass looks great in rainforest exhibits. As we wander through the dense rainforest path, we come to another exhibit. (Yes, the Critically Endangered Sign was placed backwards, my bad. )![]() You peer inside, and see large, rare Madagascar Fish Eagles, Haliaeetus vociferoides, fly past. Our facility has recieved a mated pair of these rare, majestic birds, to hopefully breed. A nest has been constructed for them, which they have taken to. ![]() The male walks up to you near the fence:

Alright, the last exhibit takes up the whole rest of the space in the aviary, and sadly, I did not get any good pictures. I will go back tomorrow and get some of the animals. Lemur Paradise: Sadly, this is only a teaser of what's to come. This exhibit took me a long time, it was mostly trying to spread out the foliage. You can see a few of the residents poking around and socializing, but more will be revealed tomorrow, when I get more pictures of all the animals in the exhibit. Sorry if you're disapointed. ![]() Stuff that I will post pics of in the next coming week: Main Aquarium Building (Looooooong overdue) Elephant House Aquarium 2 Then, I'm probably going to work on the Australian, North American, and South American sections for you. Also, somebody wanted me to upload this. My answer is no. One, it's super slow, two, it requires a ridiculous amount of downloads that I don't even remember from where I got them, and three, it's not close to being what I could call done. |

Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.![]() If you want a banner like mine, then click on the banner to visit my graphics thread. | |

Thank you cowman, TLM, indianwolf, and joppie. I really appreciate it. @cowman:There are many lemur species, I will try to get pictures. @TLM:There's just some random shots of the interior and lemurs left. Glad you enjoyed it! @indianwolf:Thanks, I like tropical rainforest exhibits, especially indoors. To bad I have homework or else I would work on the Amazonia. It needs to be rebuilt completely. @Joppie:Thank you! Okay, I have a project to work on tonight, so sorry, no pics later tonight. I will get pics of the Aquarium next. After this, this part of the zoo will be done, and I will move on to a different map to make the Oceanic, North American, and South American sections. Those will be later this week into christmas break. |

Unfortunatley, I might not get around to taking pictures of that for you. But, the species of lemurs inside were:Ringtailed Lemur Aye-Aye Black Lemur Golden Bamboo Lemur Mongoose Lemur (Just removed due to being skinless) Indri Panther Chalmeleon Sacred Ibis (Yes, they can be found in Madagascar) Anyways, this right here is the reason my game runs slow. Look at the number of species and animals in my park: ![]() You see? Anyways, it's time to get some unfinished buisness done. Here is the zoo's entrance, one of my favorite parts of the zoo. In the upper part of the pic is Waterfowl Lake, where native Canada Geese and Mallards come to swim and eat. Some even breed here. There's even a mated pair of Great Blue Herons living here, and sometimes on rare occasions we have seen Common Moorhens and Sandhill Cranes. Close up pictures later.![]() Next I have to show you the Aquarium. I built it more than a month ago and still neglected to post pictures! First up is the larger exhibit, Open Oceans. It includes Leatherback Sea Turtles, young Whale Sharks, Mola Mola, Southern Bluefin Tuna, Blue Marlin, and last but not least, enormous Manta Rays. All of these animals are very relaxing to view as you dine at the Blue Waters restaurant, where you can eat a variety of foods, including fish. (Not from the exhibits, mind you) ![]() Next exhibit in the aquarium/cafe building, is Indo-Pacific Reef. This gorgeous exhibit captures the tranquility and beauty of the coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific areas. Inside are many tropical fish: Blue-Girdled Angelfish Yellowbar Angelfish Orbicular Batfish Pyramid Butterflyfish Green Chromis Moorish Idol Gem Tang Regal (Blue) Tang Purple Tang Flatback Turtle Bluespine Unicornfish Bicolor Parrotfish Chevron Tang ![]() |

Last until later tonight, a map of the very, very messy zoo. As you can see, it's not the least bit guest friendly.
