A squirrel!!

I was thinking in the other thread how I was going to say that I have a picture of a squirrel in London eating my twix bar.....but then I figured you guys would start thinking I was a bit squirrel obsessed.....so.....

Peggy feeds the squirrels every morning. She decided peanuts aren't good enough for them, so she spends about $70 every month buying them walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and pecans. When she has to leave before the squirrels get up for the day, she makes me feed them. I know them as individuals: Blackie, Big Brush, Whitebelly, and the whole gang.

In short, you have a long way to go to get to "obsessed."

lol  Oh dear. Don't turn to violence, French...it's not the answer

Depends on the question. As my special-weapons instructor used to say, "Gentlemen, as you go through life you will find that there are very few human problems that cannot be solved through the application of appropriate amounts of high explosive."

Unfortunately, he really believed that, and when he got a neighbor with a particularly annoying monster truck...

I think he's out of prison now, but we've lost touch.

Everybody loves Peggy. And with good reason.

She also tries to feed the rabbits, but she doesn't have anything they want more than the green grass. Every once in a while she'll pick clover for them.

Yep, he worked with explosives just a little too long.

To his credit, he didn't hurt anybody. Just blew the truck sky-high when it was empty. Still, people could have been hurt, and he deserved what he got.

Wow I sure do....:D

I used to have a squirrel feeder, but the squirrels ate it. :(

We tried giving them a cocoanut once, but they wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Either they didn't recognize it as a nut, or they were just intimidated.

Wow. He really did believe in his own saying.

I guess when you work with stuff for that many years, you think "Hmmm, I wonder..." Eventually the temptation got to be too much for him.

OK, I know this is strictly for comedic effect, and I know there is a very likely chance I'll get ribbed for it, but how long before someone (other than myself since I'm bringing it up) will ask to have their location listed as "Originally from The Outer Limits of Your Mind"?

I fully expect an "other planet" section to spring up and several of us be shifted into it one day

I like the new avatar, Smurfette.

And what is so odd about being squirrel obsessed? Not only do we have to photograph squirrels anytime we are in a squirrel friendly habitat, but we have about 5 plush squirrels - Squirry the Squirrel, Reddy the Reading Squirrel, Little Squirrel Nutkin, Gordon the Grey Squirrel and the Squirrelette (it's a really small squirrel).

Does she have blonde hair and a slight bluish tinge?

Anyone expecting to be listed as being from anywhere other than this planet will have to personally give me credible evidence!
