Although I have a feeling it will be screen hoggers that "need" plot. All I know is that Duncan, Heather, Alejandro, Owen, and Ezekiel are definately going to return.

But Ezekiel's not a screen-hogger :P

Oooh, I love you Satans little helper! Yeah, they really need to STOP progressing the people that really don't play the game. Lets face it, when you watch survivor, who stays and who leaves? The weakest players are the ones who leave. The strong players stay. That's the redeming quality of Season 3. Heather and Alejandro were the strongest players, therefore they made it to the end.

People who don't play, generally get voted off pretty quick in real life. You have to form alliances, you have to manipulate, and you have be willing to get dirty to win. Its just a rule. I have watched quite a few reality shows in the past, not just survivor, and unless you follow the above three mentioned rules, you don't get the big shiny prize.

Owen doesn't play the game. The only use he has to anyone is as a tool, and even then he barely has a use. Don't see why he makes it as far as he does. Not that I don't like Owen, he just sucks at the game.

But all we can do is wait and see whats going to come of the new cast. I doubt we will get much out of any of them, considering the lack of episodes. But hey! You never know.

I know I definately wouldnt bother to watch the next season if Alejandro didnt make so much as a guest appearance. They all could take a page out his book if you ask me.

P.s. I was impressed with the way Cody did strategize, it was cute! And befitting of a normal person. Sometimes combining strategy and staying out of the lime light takes you pretty far, but when you get to the big dogs, you gotta be ready to dig in the dirt!

I don't think Ezekiel is a gauranteed return, especially if they continue to keep him feral/ don't let him last an elimination in season 5.

They have to let him return in order for us fans to find out what truly happens to him. That's a question we need answered, and in order to prove it, he's going to make an appearance in TDR and then return for season 5. Same with Alejandro.

There was an obvious drop in quality when Total Drama Action aired, the creators went off the writing staff and hired horrid new writers. In Total Drama Island the show was about 22 teenagers aiming for 100,000 dollars. That was it. It's the same in the other season's but it's not nearly as focused on the money, they spend all their time trying to give a plot when really they just aren't doing the parody that made this series so popular. When they give characters plot they're also forced to ruin the characters too and I don't like with.

With a new season, new characters, and a new setting you'd think that it would be reasonable to give this series a new chance. But the fact that reloaded will only have 13 episodes and the reason because of that is so they can move on to the next season, it's exidence that they're just trying to rush season four so they can move on to the fifth, so I'll doubt it'll be any good. But of course I'll try to be as open minded as I can. ^^

Yeah, I get what you're saying. The show used to be a parody but now is not. But is that really a bad thing? In season 1 none of the characters got good devolopment even though we knew they all had some serious potential. In the past 2 seasons, though, we've gotten to know our favorite characters more. Plus, the show is now much more exciting, suspenseful and funny than it was in season 1. I mean, would you really want us to go through the same Survivor parody season after season? I'm really glad the staff shook things up the past 2 seasons.

Also, you're saying that the new writers made the characters worse... Sure, that's true for Duncan, Courtney, Owen, and Gwen (all though they were never the best characters in the first place...) But not for the other characters. Harold, Cody, Noah, Heather, Tyler, and more have gotten ALOT more appealing since season 1.

I really don't agree with what you said and very few people will, but have your opinion if you want.

I definately can't argue, but the parody can only go so far. Look at good 'ol Wadey Wilson [For those of you who don't know who that is, he is better known as Deadpool]. You can parody the bad ass superhero all you want, but you have to give the character his own plot and his own character or the entire series stays flat. Plus, without character development, theres no drama and without drama you couldn't call the show "Total Drama" anything.

So its kind of a double edged sword.  I tend to agree pretty strongly tho, that they have really begun to loose focus on the prize. I think Alejandro and Heather brought some of that back, however, with their super competitiveness to win.  Maybe we will see some more of that in the next season? I am crossing my fingers.

You never know what will happen. I do not have high hopes for season four, but maybe I am just biased about the massive cast shift.

I heard nothing after Deadpool. Deeaaaaaaaaaadpoooooooooooooooooooool <3

Edit: This season was second best. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Yeah, in my opinion, Cody was a great competitor. He was a team player, and due to staying likable throughout the whole season, he only got ONE vote, PERIOD ( in "Aww, Drumheller" Al voted him)

Plus, ya gotta hand it to him for enduring the Courtney VS. Gwen drama AND dragging Sierra through every challenge.
