I found it through the InvisionFree Directory, but I first saw it in a signature at the InvisionFree Skin Zone (that was about a year ago, and I didn't play chess back then).

The main purpose of the rule is normally to avoid new topics going unnoticed as a result of old ones gaining attention, but that isn't much of a problem at CR, so don't worry about bumping.
