Techniques
[9mm Handgun FBI Custom]: A customized 9mm handgun, standard issue for FBI Agents. York fires a single shot, dealing 7 [Piercing] damage to a single target. {Ballistic} {2 Upgrades: +2 Damage}
[Weather Doll]: A small doll, that can be flipped upside down to symbolize rain or left upright to symbolize sunshine. This quaint little toy is more than it seems- not only does this carry a strange regenerative effect, it's a gift from his beau. Seeing a physical reminder of who he has to fight for, York pushes on with even more determination than ever before. Heals 7 [Bio] damage and grants [Slow Healing (5)] to a single target. {Melee} (2 EP) (5 Upgrades: +5 slow heal)
[10mm Submachinegun]: A step up from what a normal FBI Agent would carry (or even the normal FBI 'Special' Agents would be issued), York picked this weapon up during his travels through the red world in Greenvale, and has since hunted one down at one of the many weapons shops in an attempt to keep prepared for what the multiverse has to throw at him. Deals 10 total [Piercing] damage that may be split between 5 targets. {Ballistic} (14 EP)
[Cigarette]: How York can so calmly light up in the middle of a brawl is beyond most, but the Agent has a good grasp on when he should and shouldn't take a puff. His favorite brand is Police, though he often has to settle for Heavy. Either way, the brief smoke break settles his nerves and his aim, allowing for even greater accuracy. Grants [Scope (4)] to a single target. {No-Type} (4 EP)
[Disabling Shot]: More interested in the capture of suspects than the deaths of them, the FBI trains each agent rigorously in how to disable enemies. With a carefully aimed wounding shot, York takes the fight out of the foe. Deals 5 [Piercing] damage and inflicts [Impair (3)] to a single target. {Balistic} (3 EP) {2 Upgrades}
{Weapon Granted} [Silent Shot]: Deals 20 piercing damage to a single target and requires +2 DP to dodge normally. (25 EP) {Ballistic}

Abilities
[Precog]: York has visions of upcoming battles. This allows him to have the first strike in battle without the need of a coin flip (unless storyline reasons prevent otherwise). The turn order in battle is determined normally if facing a foe with the same or opposing ability of the same Level or higher.
[FBI Special Agent]: York is an obsessive, impulsive man, sometimes neglecting his health to spend more time on the case or things of interest. His strange combination of focus and calm are what make him a top agent. As a result of his nature, he is able to withdraw an additional .25IP per payday.

[Steady Aim]: Basic accuracy is a requirement for all FBI agents, and Special Agents are no exception. York in particular is a master marksman, accustomed to making improbable shots thanks to all his training and experience. +2 Offense with [Piercing] based attacks. {Accessory}
[Regular Maintenance]: For all his flaws, York knows to keep his equipment in working order, lest they fail at the worst time. As a result of keeping all his guns in proper shape, his aim is not hampered by dirt or grime interfering with the mechanisms. +2 Offense with [Piercing] based attacks. {Accessory}
[FBI Training]: A rigorous fitness and marksmanship examination is required to even get into the FBI, and circumstances have given York more than enough practice to keep both in top form. Thanks to his familiarity with projectile weapons of nearly all kinds, he receives +2 Offense with [Piercing] based attacks. {Accessory}
[Impossible Reflexes]: Half a second worth of delay can mean the difference between life and death, and York's adventures in Greenvale only enforced the importance of being quick on the draw. With the frequency of such events, it's almost as though his aim and movement is being augmented by a sort of sixth sense... +2 Offense with [Piercing] based attacks. {Accessory}
