OK, so now i have registered!

Does anyone remember a cartoon similar to postman pat and fireman sam about a gypsy bloke who lived on a barge and used to travel the water ways?
I'm thinking possibly Joshua Jones Or something similar?
It was early 90's i think!

There was such a thing but I can't remember watching it. There was another Postman Pat type thing though as well which was also in a village. I just remember an old woman with white hair in a bun?!

I just remember it was a character with dark hair and i think dungarees and he was like a pikey that lived on barge. However, the stories often originated in one area. I dont think it ran very long!
