:80srock: Amazing how things come back to you. Just about to break up for
the summer hols at University and thinking of those long lazy summer days.
Was it just me who longed for their school to appear on We Are the Champions.
Sod school pride or just doing it to appear on the telly! The only reason was to hear the late Ron Pickering utter those immortal words at the end of each program. "Away You go!" so we could all bundle into the pool and play with the floats and stuff. Ahhhh, happy days.

Didn't you think the kids were a bit OVER enthusiastic??? I reckon they had an audience warmer, but the kids were too stupid to realise it wasn't for them!

Can't say I've ever seen it, doesn't sound like I missed a lot! I wasn't that keen on kids quiz/challenge shows (other than Fun House and Knightmare)
