I think the Knightmare topic got me thinking about this because of the similar name.

When I was about 5 my Dad used to let me watch Knightrider and I thought it was brilliant. Even the swooshy noise that Kit makes when the red light goes from side to side. I expect you can still watch it on Sky (jealous!) but I miss it badly. I thought David Hassellhoff was amazing and watched it whenever it was on TV throughout the 80's & 90's. Anyone else used to watch it? Or still watch it?

Knightrider is still on Bravo!
The best thing about it was the theme tune, makes a great ringtone to!!!
I keep thinking how nice it would be to have a car that could drive itself and come and pick me up and stuff! :D

Then I wouldn't need driving lessons! And you could get picked up from the pub! That is if you could still remember how to contact the car Posted Image:wacko:

i liked the knight rider carry on program in late 90s, it was just developing the story (the dark haired girl was looking secretly for micheal), when they took it off  or the series was axed in america  don't know which, all the rubish from UK and US they leave on  something i like and they do that

They even made a KnightRider movie and brought back the original characters. :jump: :80srock: Don't remember what year the movie was made though. Only know that it was made years after the series ended.

The knight rider movie was indeed called KnightRider2000. The 2000 didn't have anything to do with the year but the name of the new car that was going to be used.
