Legacy Tournament or Interfed Title?; You thoughts here please...

So we are a week into applications for the second Legacy Tournament, and we haven't pulled in quite as many members as I was hoping for. This has made me take a step back and rethink some things, and after talking with the co-owner of Wrestling Revolutionized, the Accelerator, we thought that we would leave this choice up to you all. Would you like to continue with the Legacy Tournament idea, hoping that we get more people to enter and join up with the singles tournament. Or should we go back to the idea of an interfed championship?

Some of the people I talked to about this idea originally were very high on it, it would basically start out with a 4-5 (or however many feds agree to take part) way match that would take place either on the Wrestling Revolutionized forums or in one of the represented feds shows. Each federation that wants to take part would figure out one representative from their fed to initially RP for the Wrestling Revolutionized championship. Also, each federation would choose a member of their staff (likely the President) to judge the match. In the very first match, that judge would not be allowed to choose their own fed's representative as the winner to make it as fair as possible.

Once the first WR champion is crowned, a random schedule will be made up for that championship to be defended on every other federation's events. That champion will defend the title on a bi-weekly basis throughout his or her schedule, until they would lose the belt. When that champion loses their title, the schedule would continue on as planned with the new champion's federation being replaced on the schedule by the outgoing champion. So in a nutshell if NSWA had the first champion, defeated a guy from CWF, and then lost the title to someone from PWA, PWA would then be taken off the schedule so that the champion doesn't defend against his own fed, and the NSWA would be put at the end of the schedule in their place.

So those are the two choices, with what I hope is a nicely detailed explanation of the Wrestling Revolutionized title. If there are still some things that need to be explained, then please reply here to let me know. Otherwise, please tell me whether you would be more interested in seeing the WR Inferfed Title or the Legacy tournament happen. Thanks for your time. :)

Ataxia

I'm up for defending a title for multi-feds. Although I dunno if Ace wants me to rep GCWA or not lol.

I like the idea of interfed. I'll throw my name in the hat.

Matt

Clearly as a non-member of any of the representing feds I should be chosen as the first champion in order to be a renegade and beat up on all the feds at once.

;)
