Tier-NU

Base Stats
45 HP/55 Atk/45 Def/75 Spd/65 S.Atk/45 S.Def

Type-Ice/Flying
Weaknesses/Resists

Weaknesses-Rock 4x, Fire 2x, Electric 2x, Steel 2x
Resistances-Grass 2x, Bug 2x, Ground immune

Traits
Vital Spirit-This pokemon cannot be put to sleep.
Hustle-Damage from physical attacks is 1.5 times, but average accuracy is only 80%.

Movesets

Choice Bander/Life Orber

Delibird @ Life Orb/Choice Band
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Ice Punch
- Ice Shard
- Brick Break/Focus Punch

515 attack with Choice Band, and 445 with Life Orb. That is obscenely high for a NU pokemon. Aerial Ace is the best move on the set, as it cancels out Hustle's negative accuracy attribute, and gets STAB leaving it at 90 Base Power. Ice Punch is STAB and hits stuff that Aerial Ace cannot. Ice Shard is great for priority kills. Now, Brick Break or Focus Punch is down to personal preferance. Focus Punch is genrally superior, but when you cannot predict, Brick Break is often more useful.

Choice Specs/Life Orber

Delibird @ Choice Specs/Life Orb
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Ice Beam/Blizzard
- Water Pulse
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Grass]/Hidden Power [Electric]

Standard Choice Specs set. Ice Beam is your main attack, with Water Pulse hitting most things that resist it, Macargo for one. Use Blizzard if you have some Hail support. Focus Punch hits any special walls that think they are rock hard, only to get a dent to the face. Also hits Bastiodon who would otherwise wall this quite well.. Hidden Power [Grass] hits Whiscash, Hidden Power [Electric] hits Pelliper.

Other Options
Rapid Spin, although taking 50% from Stealth Rock makes it shit but it is one of the only rapid spinners in NU so it could be used. Substitute could work with status blocking and Focus Punch, but it has such bad HP and Defences that the substitute would not last at all. Counter with Focus Sash could work nicely as a lead i suppose, but if you want to use it in later game, make sure you have spin support and weather support. Toxic is status, which could work to piss off some of its counters.

Counters
Well, if you can hit it, it will probably die. Macargo can beat most sets, but has to watch out for Brick Break/Focus Punch and Water Pulse. Whiscash can take all of its attacks bar Hidden Power [Grass] and beat it with Stone Edge. Pelliper can also take a huge beating, only being weary of Hidden Power [Electric], and beating it down with Shock Wave or even Surf.

Opinion
So awesome. Not only do you get cool points for using it, it can work brilliantly if played right. Pity about its shocking HP and defences, but that is what you get with a NU pokemon. In OU it is always fun to see it revenge killing the dragons, or taking out that sweeping Heracross.

expand more on what else you feel might be worth mentioning in other options.
Add a lot more to the opinion section as well.

After all, it is Delebird.
