Won't hit hard enough with LO, but w/e. Though you don't need Attack EV investment for Bliss beating and can swap moves. Meh. I see insanely quick Boost as the main reason for use, so Specs is best. |

didn't know it needed that much attack EVs AND some sort of spikes to OHKO tar with 120 power fighting attack off 95 base attack .__. also ronnie you said "youve not tried it dont knock it" but i wasn't saying it was going to be too broken ._. |

It does like 96-113% or something X, not too bad. EDIT- I did it with neutral nature and 252 HP EVs, so you'll beat 9/10 anyway, you only really need Spikes against a RestTalk Tar or something. |
