 Because everyone in Shoddy's Deoxys-e cup used it shit, it's now OU because they said it didn't do that great because everyone played shitty.

They're also saying theoretical arguements don't matter and won't even listen when I say it rapes every possible counter (Superpower on Darks and Bliss, outspeeds ScarfCross and Psychics, Shadow Balls Cress and Dusk)

So it'll be allowed in ladder soon so just watch out for that.
