Okay. Bioshock is an XBox 360 exclusive FPS game, where you're trapped at the bottom of the ocean, in a city that's named Rapture. Your airplane crashes overseas, and ironically, there's some sort of building up ahead that you take towards. Once you get to this building you venture inside. And here is where you learn about Rapture's corruption. Rapture is a city that is known for their pass production of their Plasmids. Plasmids are basically this mysterious solution in syringes that give you powers. In other words, it's a drug that gives you superpowers. But in order to have Plasmids, one must have ADAM. I still haven't understood what ADAm are, but for some reason, people kill each other for it. It's basically a crackhouse, and people start going apeshit once they run out of snow. So yeah, everyone's killing each other and such for it. You're guided through Rapture by a man named Atlas, who wants you to help find his family, and escape this creepy and drug-infected city. Gameplay time. This game is amazing. It rightfully deserves the great reviews that it recieved. It combines elements of a shooter, with one of a 'mutant power-slinging' whachamacallit. This game actually makes you feel like you're the main character. The errie atmosphere will scare you at least once during your playthrough. Ammo is really scarce in this game. So conservation is your best way to survive. Also, EVE, the substance that fuel your plasmids, is even harder to come around. So you want to zap your enemies all day and spray them all and waste ammo? Go ahead! But you'll be the idiot who has to finish the rest of a game swinging a wrench. The enemies aren't idiots, either. Hide behind a tree, they aren't going to wait for you to reappear. The Splicers, the drug addicted creepy people of Rapture, are crawling the place, and can easily surprise and ambush you. But the cool thing is that you're the only plasmid user. So you shouldn't have TOO much of a hard time. Throughout the game, you'll encounter Little Sisters, Atlas' proclaimed children. But, oh no. You can't just walk up to one. You have to deal with her Big Daddy first. Note: BIG DADDIES ARE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL. I mean, these guys are huge. And their size isn't just "lol bigger they are, the harder they fall". These guys are known to OHKO, if you're screwing around when killing them. You have to be VERY QUICK on your feet when you fight these behemoths. My advice, Shock, Shotgun, Run, Heal. Rinse and repeat. Anywho, once you finally kill this creature, you'll have the choice to either Harvest, or Rescue the Little Sister. Harvesting her gives you a lot of ADAM, but kills her in the end. Rescuing her basically destroys the corruption thing inside her, and returns her to normal. You won't get as much ADAM as you would harvesting her, but her mother will occasionally send you some awesome goods to help you on your way. If you have a 360, I seriously recommend this game. Anyways, I don't know what else to put. Anybody else think I should add anything else, then post away. |

I have a friend with this game, and he went through Harvesting the Little Sisters, while I went through rescuing them. I had the better playthrough, I have to say. |
