I have nice collection of Retro Gaming Channels for the Wii now. Right around 45, some saved in the Wii Console, some saved in two of my SD Cards. Although it seems I have plenty, there's obviously some I haven't played yet or even know about. Which is why this thread is created, if you have a game that you think no one has for the Virtual Console recommend or just talk about them them here. I've just bought Kirby's Avalanche and SM 3 today, these two games bring back some good memories. Kirby's Avalanche is like Dr. Mario, the puzzle game is highly addictive as you can set up major scores by lining up four or more blobs [Just like the pills in Dr. Mario] to get a score. Some of the differences from Dr. Mario is that you will always play against an opponent. Whenever you line up blobs to make them disappear, your opponent will receive neutral blobs that would usually disrupt their strategy. Basically, you'd spend most of the time trying to line up colors to make them fall and automatically line up in a chain reaction to get either a 'Cool', 'Awesome','All right', 'Here it comes', then 'Avalanche'. If you cause a Avalanche chain, your opponent would receive enough neutral blobs to cover half of their puzzle making comebacks almost impossible to accomplish. In all it's a pretty fun game. I am sure everyone knows about Super Mario 3. |
