 maybe this has already been posted but

I use the trophy garden for speed evs. it contains:

Staravia - 2 Spd EVs
Pikachu - 2 Spd EVs
Pichu - 1 Spd EVs
Kricketune(Appears more often at night) - 2 Atk EVs
Roselia(Appears more often in the day) - 2 Satk EVs

all of these pokemon are at a low level making it a great place to EV train

EDIT: yeah i couldn't tell the difference between kricketot and tune.

my bad for the pichu errrror

but I can't reach route 225 yet and because I haven't beaten the elite four so other then route 225, Throphy Garden is your best bet.

 pichu is 1 spd ev lolface

kricketot is 1 atk ev, krickeTUNE is 2 atk ev's lol.

for spd, you're better off going to route 225. fearow and raticate are so fucking common. 2 spd ev's each. And when you pass pokerus to a pokemon and give it a power item, it is just so awesome. ev training in a stat will only take 10 minutes =]

hi sb
 i just use the guy with 6 magikarps outside eterna, as it's much easier to kill them if your pokemon are lower leveled
