 ok, I want a drifloon, I changed the clock to friday, it's daytime, and I'm in the valley windworks, but I still can't find it, and it's the only thing I need before I complete the pokedex to gain pal park accessability.

 apparently, changing the ds's clock won't let me bypass the 6 pokemon transfer a day rule.

I've got loads of randomly flawless Dittos though I guess you're covered there. Give you an Adamant Magikarp with 31 HP / 30 Atk / 23 Def / 31 Sp Atk / 9 Sp Def / 31 Speed for the Jirachi.

well, if you have either a good jolly flygon or a good modest magne-whatever, I'd prefer that, but if not, then the magikarp is good.

also, I forgot to mention this, but any jirachi's I give out have @salac berry.

 I have a Mag, but it's Rash and a specialist set designed for Life Orb. iirc it's got 31 IVs in Attack/Speed/Special Attack. The EVs are 78 HP / 96 Atk / 252 Sp Atk / 84 Spd and the EVs give it enough Attack to OHKO Bliss with Explosion, enough Speed to outspeed Skarm and then the rest was just max Sp Atk with the rest in HP. Dunno if that's anymore appealing. I cloned it as a Magnemite so I guess you can change EVs.

I also have triple flawless Atk/Spd/Sp Atk Naughty DDPumpDos, but I think I cloned it after EV training. I also have a Bold Bliss with 31 HP / 30 Atk / 23 Def / 31 Sp Atk / 25 Sp Def / 6 Spd, EV trained with 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Sp Def and then Seismic Toss/Sing or Heal Bell/Ice Beam/Softboiled.

I have more but those are best so take whichever suits your fancy best.
