Dugtrio

Posted Image

Tier- OU

35 HP / 80 Atk / 50 Def / 120 Spd / 50 SpA / 70 SpD

Trait-
Arena Trap: Opponent is unable to switch.

he has another trait but neverever use that one.

CB Trapper

Dugtrio @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

okay the strategy here is simple. come in on something like a recovery move (blissey's softboiled for example) or an electric attack (raikou's thunderbolt) or a stat-upper (raikou's calm mind). after you get in, attack accordingly. Dugtrio is an excellent revenge killer. Bring it in after, like, snorlax killed your raikou. bring in dugtrio, and it's EQ should finish it off. make sure to save this guy as a surprise though; once your opponent knows you have him, they will be much more cautious.

EVs: max atk and spd. don't put unnescessary points into SDef or HP. Adamant or Jolly is up to you. do you wanto to outspeed more crap? or do you want to hit harder?

Other Options:Toxic can be used but ONLY for killing a wobbufett. Sludge Bomb could go > HP Bug, but will only do a little more to grassers.

Counters: Fliers and levitaters such as Flygon, Gyarados, and Skarmory can come in after you killed something with EQ, allowing them a free set-up. Bulky waters like Milotic and Swampert also give Dugtrio trouble.

Opinion: "id run if i saw 3 penises pop out of the ground"

Yeah love this guy.

I played with this set to suprise too:

Duggie @ Leichi
Sub
EQ
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide

Mainly for ingame, although Sludge Bomb over Sub @ CB is the standard in carts (as mentioned in the other options.)

In the fourth gen, Life Orb, Ambush, and Stone Edge make him a beast.

Me and a friend were discussing Dugtrio in D/P, and we thought Life Orb was the best choice.

It's not going to last long, so you might as well make the most of it.
