salaam friends honestly i really know how to make green chutney and i have written this by my own.... green chutney is one of the best chutneys and it plays the role of sauce like in some dishes and i know how to make it and i will love to share this with u all..... 1. Grind coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli together. 2. If the paste is too thick, add little water. 3. Then add lemon juice and salt. Mix well. it is very easy and so i know it.... |

Nafisa . I learned this recipe from a south indian friend, she used to add a small piece of coconut too. Ask ur mom to add a small piece of fresh coconut when she grinds the coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli together, it really tastes even more delicious! Also I would like to add to not put the lemon juice in the chutney if u are going to store some in the refrigerator for use later. The lemon will rot it! Now u dont want to throw that delicious chutney away due to a small mistake do ya? Oh and this chutney also tastes very good with mix daal, chawal and fresh garma garam ghee ki chupdhi roti!! ah yummies......... |
