Its easy to make! Boil one whole chicken in low heat with the following ingrediants.. Ginger paste half tablespoon and garlic paste quater tablespoon, a pinch of haldi, salt and grinded chilli per your taste.. Make sure u dont put anything else i.e water. Then after boiled, shred the chicken into small pieces.. Take a bowl put the shreded chicken in it.. Add 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise and tomato sauce.. You can add more depending on ur taste.. Thn add shredded carrots and some pepper.. mix it all well! After that, put some of mixture on slices of bread.. You can remove the crust of four sides, it will taste more better.. Then heat the cold sandwiches in the oven for 10-15 mins for crispy.. Hope u enjoy!! |
