My electric MinnKota Maxx 101 makes a clicking noise. The increase in motor speed increases the amount of clicking. I've never opened up the motor compartment. Is this an easy or hard job?

If it is the version with the built in transducer that is what is clicking, and it cannot be fixed.

JONESTROLLINGMOTOR@CABLEONE.NET

or maybe the answer is on his site:
