A comet or shooting star of sorts blazed bright in the night sky, moving close enough for all to see, then close enough to light the ground. Finally, this ball of fire crashed into the front yard of the Anime Reality House, leaving a huge crater, which instantly regenerated, pushing the smouldering, smoking ball back level with the rest of the lawn, earth and grass knitting back together beneath it. When the smoke cleared, the comet/shooting star/thing wasn't a comet/shooting star/thing at all, it was a man. William was crouched over, naked, gasping for breaths he didn't need, shiverring, and still smoking. "GAH, where... Where am I?" Asking the obligitory question of all new residents at the ARH. |
