Just curious if anyone else is having connection issues with the main server since the switch over. I have checked my connections on my end, and there are no problems, however while in main server, I keep getting the Connection Interrupted message. It varies from a few mins apart, to every few seconds. So far, its only on that server that I am having the issue. Any ideas, or advice as to how to fix? I have attempted to change various settings, with no luck. Some of the settings I have adjusted are, the /rate, maxpackets, and timenudge. So far nothing has worked. It has made it difficult for me to get on, and stay on as the constant interrupt affects gameplay. So if anyone has any other ideas/suggestions please let me know. Thanks. |

It may just be that because it moved to a different place your ping is worse. |

I wish it were only a ping issue. However my ping to server is less than 100, sits around 55-60. When I get the connection interrupt message, it spikes to 999. It wouldn't be an issue if it did it once in a while, but its being fairly constant. |

So with various test methods, I have determined it is in fact the server itself. I have coasted around to about 25 other servers, with no connection interruption. I have played with/without the UU, and Xfire. Seems to me, that it has something to do with the server provider, or the network the server runs on. It is playable, but it makes for lousy play. All of the tech on my end, is in its normal perfect working order. So forgive my occasional glitch out lag spikes, there is nothing I can do about this from my side. As stated above, all other servers I have visited have no problems. None of the other games I play online have this issue either, so I must conclude it is the server/server network as the other AoF servers do the same thing. |

Anyone know a way to check my connection to the server? Aside from seeing my ping in the list, which stays around 55-80 until it spikes. I can still find nothing wrong with my ISP or my home network, and this really bugs me that I keep getting that connection interrupt. It is making play awful, and not fun. If its not fun, I see no point in playing, and then I will lose out on all of my efforts thus far to walk this path. I really need some advice as to how I can fix this, if there is even a way to. From my end, everything is green. Super green in fact, but when I get into one of the clan servers, its like someones taking my net and pulling the plug, then putting it back. Over and over again. It is making it pretty rough to put learned skills to use. If it were just a bit of lag here and there it would be fine. However the interrupt can be from a second, to what seems like 2-3 mins. I am not used to having server issues, even euro servers play well for me. Please help! Other servers work fine, other games work fine. Our servers are where I am having problems. |

The only answer I have is this: I think you should contact ID and/or EscapedTurkey directly. |
