Developer: Black Isle Studios (F1-2), Micro Forte (F:T), Interplay (F:BOS), Bethesda Softworks (F3), Obsidian (F:NV)
Publisher: Interplay (F1-F:BOS), Bethesda Softworks (F3-F:NV)
Installments and platforms: Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game (PC), Fallout 2 (PC), Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel (PC), Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel (Xbox, PS2), Fallout 3 (PC, Xbox 360, PS3), Fallout: New Vegas (PC, Xbox 360, PS3)

Since there is no subforum for RPGs, I'm making this topic in here.

Famous series of post-nuclear RPGs set in retro-futuristic world. First two games are both candidates for the top spot in "Top 10 RPGs ever". 3 is good. NV is awesome. FT is okay. BOS... we don't talk about this one.

Well it's more a of a PC game, than console, that's why I didn't create it there.

Fallout is a multi-platform game. Meaning it is sold for PC, Xbox, And PS3. I'm just saying you stated there wasn't a forum for it and I just pointed it out for you. Helps keep the forums organized.

Side note #2 I'd love to hear your reasoning on why it's more of an PC game than a console.

First two (and the best two) games were PC exclusives and most of replayability in F3 and New Vegas comes from fanmade mods, that are available only on PC.

As interesting as the game is, nothing has actually been said in the topic to warrant anyone showing interest in the top. Jus' saying.

The original Fallout is free for everyone who registers on GOG.com. The offering is limited (as in you only have like a day to add it to your account, but once you did it, it's yours forever). Go and get it!

As cool as Fallout is imagine my surprise when they had Tyrian!

I played that game years ago and have been trying to remember it's name!

Thanks for this. I've been wanting to get my foot into the door of the fallout series.

Tip/cheat: Save the game, pickpocket someone. If your pickpocketing fails, reload the game and just keep doing it til you succeed. Instant access to the best stuff. ;D
