this is the same bull*Poo* from the same dumb *fubar*s that think 9/11 was a secret government black op

Agreed.

This is just another 'what if' thing that is obviously wrong.
We DID land on the moon no matter what some dumb paranoia people think.

I don't think we did personally.

In my opinion, the moon landing was just a way to get one up on the Russians, cold war and all that, any edge would help.

There's also the few simple facts:

The technology of space shuttles back then was about as complex as your average washing machine.

There are no stars in the background of the moon on the film, whereas there would be lots of them.

On a picture you could see footprints in the dust already.

All these things to me, add up to it being a no no.

You should consider the second article I linked too which counters the video.

It offers an explanation for the stars too.

I found something new out about this.

Once you get out of earth's atmosphere and ionosphere, the cosmic radiation levels are extremely high and you have no defense against it.

You need 6 ft of lead to block the radiation, and sure you might say the ship provides that, but the space suits don't, and you had them standing on the moon wearing well, plastic.

because the van allen radiation only exists in a small band of area outside of Earths upper atmosphere, and the spacecraft shields that quite well.

While its true that radiation takes quite alot of "lead"(or any similar heavy element) to absorb it takes considerably less of lighter substances to reflect said radiation.

Also, look up Faraday and you'll see why shielding against electromagnetic radiation (which makes up a hefty portion of "cosmic rays") is actually quite simple and easy to do.

Hm, fair enough.

I still think it was a stunt to get one up on the Russians. X)
