Mk, so I just insalled KOTOR for PC and since ive finished the game before I figured I try cheats or mods. It says to get cheats I have to go edit a game file called "swkotor.ini." in notepad. Once the file is open I have to look for [Game Options] and add this line below it EnableCheats=1 and save. The cheats should now be enabled but for some reason it says I cannot save in this location. I dont know anything about computers so if someone could help it be great. |

make sure you're not trying to save it on the CD. the file should be on your hard drive somewhere. also instead of just saving try "Save As..." and see where the file is trying to save to... put it in the right spot if it's trying to save it somewhere funky |

I used to do that but I know im not trying to save on the CD. C > Program > Lucas > SWKotor As for saving it in the wrong place I dont think I am but Ill try again. Edit: When I try to save it says this: Cannot create the file C:/Program Files/LucasArts/SWKotOR/swkotor.ini file Make sure the path and file name is correct |

What are you opening it with? If you're not already use notepad and just click save after you add the line and it should work |

Save the file to your desktop. Drag and (hah Dragon) Drop the file into the desired location (C:/Program Files/LucasArts/SWKotOR/). |
