1. Update drivers to Omega Drivers.
2. Restart PC
3. Stop playing games that crash the OpenGL Subsystems.

Have him remove these, as well as all other, maps/skins/hilts/mods and then re-try entering the game.

tried that, singleplayer works now, but not multiplayer. any ideas? anyone wanna translate Walkers idea into english?

Ok, I'll give you a play by play.

Uninstall Jedi Academy.

Update all video card drivers to Omega drivers, just google "Omega drivers".

Restart the computer.

Reinstall Jedi Academy.

Restart PC between playing games that run on the Source Engine and Quake 3 engine. (Example: between Counter Strike Source to Jedi Academy)
