Please show me where in those server rules that it says black sabers are not allowed on the server. Those are the rules that are to be agreed to when playing on the server, and in no way did I break a black saber rule to be kicked for. I have publicly offered my black saber replacement mod on the server multiple times explaining that it changes black saber to feather core with white glow. It is not my fault if people have not taken me up on the offer to receive the mod. |

You was asked kindly by a member of the council to stop using the Black saber. You disregarded this and began to argue with a member of the council. When in doubt an admins word is law. So don't come here crying about being removed from the server because frankly were not bothered. |

But thats where youre wrong Vul. I offered him and everyone else my replacement so that they could see the white saber that I was using, but instead of working with it he pulled a little rank-trip and kicked me for not switching at the drop of a hat. |

Right, and I am not obligated to use something other than black saber because they don't like its looks. |

7) Respect Admins and Members This rule includes not only Admins, but all [AoF] members. If you are told to stop something, you will stop or be removed. If there is not an admin able to come to the server at the time, you may still find yourself getting punished from outside the server via Rcon or by someone whom was granted admin via Rcon. Mind the fire at ALL times, as you are indeed being watched |

How do you know that I wouldn't have changed it? You said change your saber, and as I said I offered you my pack as an option so that you could see what I was using. Instead of saying no, I would prefer you to change your saber, you kicked me instantly. |

Not everyone will want the saber mod. Also, if an admin asks you do stop doing something reasonably, you should stop. easly found in Rule 7 of the previously posted list. ;) |

So you want everyone to stop the LMS and go download your mod? That's just not logical. The no black sabers, as a tournament rule, not a general server rule, has been around for a long time. |

The point is, he told me to change my saber then kicked me when I asked if he wanted my saber mod. If an admin told me to stop wearing a skin because they dont like the one I'm using, that is the same basic concept as what he did, and especially then I would refuse to change skin. That is above any beyond his power to do, especially kicking without fair chance. He has been looking for something to start a fight with me for a long time and it looks like he finally found it. |

Skins don't show up to anyone unless the player has downloaded the skins. A black saber is still going to show as a black saber unless you don't have JA+. The rule on this is pretty straight forward. |

There is no rule! Two things wrong with this whole picture: 1) There is no black saber rule ANYWHERE on this forum documented for public use, dueling, or event saying that it may not be used. 2) I was kicked without fair chance to even change my saber color, much less he was not within right to demand my saber color be changed. You guys are taking rule 7 out of context and saying that it applies to anything, which it doesn't. It would be unruly for an admin to say to stop doing anything they feel like saying, and being able to kick you if you dont. I broke no rule. The only reason that I was kicked is because Raik has personal issues with me and will find anything he can to try and get me out of the server and forum. |

I asked you to change it for the next round. You responded by saying it was a mod, and ignoring my request. I responded in kind by removing you from the server. No one wants your attitude around all the time Walker. Take a chill pill man and relax and play here. Speaking of, we're dealing with formal complaints about you at the moment... so it's not just me. If I really had a problem, I would simply ban you and let ID sort it out, but I don't think he would really bother. |

I get along just fine here until you, willow, or sabre mouth off about something. Dont even start trying to say that my attitude is out of line when you cant even follow the rules youre supposed to be enforcing. I recall multiple times at ceremonies when you were nearly removed from server due to your actions while at your current rank. If you didnt have a problem with me, then why would you have told someone that you would quit AoF if I reapplied? |

You're sadly misinformed once again. I never said I would quit. I told this "person" that you are not AoF material, which you aren't. I told him/her that you've had your chances and messed them up, which you have. I told him/her that you don't belong here, which you don't. To end it, I told him/her that not listening to me and the majority of the clan on this was stupid, and I didn't need to be in a clan that would ignore the opinion of so many. Check your facts, especially from mutts. |
