Following on from Invincible we now know of three matches that will take place at the huge Second Anniversary Show - FIRST EVER 1PW STEEL CAGE MATCH
The feud over the 1PW World title between Ulf Herman and SJK will come to head at the biggest show of the year, in 1PWs FIRST EVER STEEL CAGE MATCH - a gigantic steel structure will be hung from the roof of The Dome, and lowered into place for this contest, pitting 1PW’s two biggest stars against each other. 1PW owner Steven Gauntley has today told 1PWOnline.com this will be the last ever in ring meeting between Ulf Herman and Sterling James Keenan for the world title. He also told us that discussion are taking place to add extra elements to the Cage structure for this colossal main event. Details should be forthcoming, but one thing is guaranteed, one way or another this all ends Octboer 13th. Ulf Hermans parting words for fans at Invincible were “ if you think the flaming drawing pin table was something, you ain’t seen nothing yet “ , which quite frankly is terrifying.

Fans can view the Steel Cage Match preview video here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVv3bkH1aVM
FIRST EVER 1PW IRON MAN MATCH

After Darren Burridge and Nigel McGuinness delivered a modern day classic at Invincible, they are tied at one match a piece. Burridge defated Nigel at Fight Club 1 in May of last year, in a match many people said was 1PW’s finest of 2006, and just this past weekend at Invincible, Nigel defated Burridge two falls to one in a gripping and awesome display of modern day British Pro Wrestling. The rubber match has been signed for October 13th - and it will be a 45 minute Iron Man Match, the man who scores the most falls in 45 minutes will be the winner.
SOUTHERN COMFORT VERUS IRON LIONS STIPLUATION ADDED

The challenge was issued at Invincible, but today the match was made official, Tracy Smothers returns to 1PW, as Southern Comfort will face Iron Lions in a massive tag team contest. 1PW Officials have been in contact with all four members of this contest, and a massive stipulation has been added. It will be a “ Losers Wear Dresses Match “ , whereby the losing team will be forced to wear dresses for the rest of the evening. When Tracys name was announced, the roof nearly blew off the Dome. We cant wait to see Tracy back in 1PW. Will it be a one night stand ? Or will be come back for good ? It isn’t yet clear, but this contest should be a greatly heated bout, with a very unusual stipulation attached.
COLLOSAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO COME AT SECOND ANNIVERSARY

In addition to a huge card of action, 1PW officials have hinted today that a massive announcement that will be forthcoming at Second Anniversary, that will change the face of 1PW forever. This announcement, it seems, may well be the most shocking and surprising development in 1PW history. No more details are available at press time, we can only speculate. Is this a new wrestler coming to 1PW, or new concept or something else entirely. 1PW Officials have promised a deluge of surprises for 1PW’s Second Birthday, but what on earth could this announcement be, and how will it go down ?
YOU WANT NAMES ? 2AS HAS GOT NAMES !!!

In addition to all the above, plus all your favourite 1PW regulars, such as Open Weight Champion James Wallace, Iceman, Spud, El Ligero, Darkside and more, Second Anniversary will also feature; The 1PW debut of the just departed from WWE JOEY MATTHEWS, who competed in WWE as Joey Mercury in the tag team MNM, the UK wrestling debut of US Indie sensation “ SWEET & SOUR “ LARRY SWEENEY , the return to 1PW of the awesome DELIRIOUS, one of the most respected International veterans, former WCW, WWE and ECW star SCORPIO, and much more.

I'd much rather go to this, although Portsmouth looks as if it's a shit-hard place to get to.

You live in Glasgow, right? Are you heading to The Gathering?

Na, Ive got ma tickets for 1PW already. Second row which is great. Most of those guys will probably be at this show so there wont be much of a difference. Plus it means a road trip wae the lads and a chance to see some live wrestling which I dont see often. Fuck it if its shite or the guy hasnt learned, thats his fault. Ill just go and enjoy the show.

I dunno.

I'd probably go to more of their shows if it didn't involve getting a train to the middle of nowhere, or having to navigate around the west coast of Scotland on a saturday night. They had it easier in Where Eagles Dare.

Are you going?

Your aswell just jumping on a train to Doncaster and seeing this show. It was no hastle last year. It took about 4hrs to get there and the Dome is about 10min taxi ride from the station. Find somewhere in town to stay and your set.
