That sure as fuck doesn't help his case, Skroob, but it's mostly due to the fact that he doesn't do anything within a match to help make his opponents look good or credible. And please excuse me for not taking your standards into consideration when judging his in-ring work. The man's best years are far behind him, and considering how little the company actually draws, his ability to is of no real signifigance compared to others . . . |

Well what about when he brought his hot wife to the arena, and she divorced him in front of literally dozens, possibly hundreds, of people? |

Not to mention that he's full of painkillers, steroids and God only knows what else. I think that we can declare his career dead. |

He's making more money right now than you ever will, and I'd guess that as long as he still has a job in the industry, he has a career. |

Brilliant, after actually bothering to have some of the wrestlers adopt a personality, let's get rid of the title. As it is there's too many wrestlers for just a Heavy Weight title and the Tag Titles, it's hurting nothing having another belt. As for Giant Bernard, I can only hope he comes equipped with George Steele. |

Wrong. Job maybe, but a career is defined by more than money. Your career (which is basically your legacy) is defined by how good your matches are, and how over you are. He's over, but I haven't been impressed by any of Kurts work since at the very least 2003 if not earlier. He's just collecting a paycheck, which like you said, is much bigger than my meager Lowe's salary. |

Cash rules everything around me. And he's had more good wrestling matches than Joker will, too. Not that I'm an Angle apologist, but declaring his career "over" is just rife with stupidity. A "career" isn't about legacy, as much as it's about longevity. My mom working at Ford Motor Company for 17 years was a career. Joker's working at Lowe's, unless he's a lazy tub of goo, is a job. Wrestling is Angle's career, dispute as you will about the merits of his work, and will continue to be so until he retires. |

A. Did you just quote Dark Angel? B. While I disagree with your definition of career, its really just semantics. But I will say that I would understand if someone viewed Angle like they veiwed the Ultimate Warrior. Not the rasict part obviously, but the fact that injuries, drugs (painkillers and possibly steroids) and just not being all there to begin with, has taken a toll on him. Even if calling his career over was a bit too hasty, saying that he's never going to be the same as he once was, and is past his prime isn't. He's good as a side show, and to be gunning in the main, but I don't think he merits TNA putting all of their straps on him, and building their whole hour just around him. WCW did that too with, oh what was his name? Oh yeah. HULK HOGAN. How'd that work out for them? |

I quoted Wu Tang Clan. ...and you call yourself black. As far as Hogan goes, the only belt he ever won was the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Considering the success of the year 1997, I'd say it worked rather well. |

I know marchhaire already said it, but you're a frickin' idiot. Not that I enjoy defending Hogan, but Hogan never won anything besides the World Title. And, in addition to that, didn't WCW win every single ratings war in 1997? And wasn't the NWO shirt the most popular piece of merchandise ever? |

I don't think it topped the original AUSTIN 3:16 one, but otherwise you are entirely correct. |

the nWo shirt was second to only Austin 3:16. Hogan had his own shirt though, unsurprisingly. |

You should when they get their two-hour deal in about 2 months. (The deal should be going down early October) I sincerely believe, and I've maintained this, that 2-hour Impact will be on par with, or better than, current Smackdown. CURRENT Smackdown. Remember, current Smackdown isn't October-March Smackdown. |
