And didn't Ahmed Johnson do something like change his name to Big T and fued with Booker over the letter?

Yep. I mentioned it, even. Harlem Heat 2000 was one of the dumbest things ever. Period.

Nascar, what stuff were you looking at that makes you think that Kronik and the Bruise Brothers aren't as bad as I think they are? Links? Ratings? Specific matches? You didn't really say anything about Ahmed, other than that Monty is a clone, which is about as insipid as Of's placing of Bret Hart on the list. At least I know Of was (half?) joking.

And seriously, all I've seen of The Wall's TNA work was a very sloppy ladder match with Sabu, so I don't have much to judge him on...but he was totally undeserving of his WCW mega push, considering that he never had heat and used all of one move. I rank on what I know, and the Wall is one of the worst I've seen regularly.

I disagree re. Bagwell, Glacier and Adams. Bagwell were not great but he had agility, ok basic moveset, good in-ring charisma and a nice finisher. Glacier was a bit worse but not one of the worst ever. He was never over one bit, but I recall him having some watchable matches against Kanyon. Adams was mediocre but not a stinker, Kronik could perform on a descent level against quality opponents. Clark's finisher, The Meltdown was impressive enough to remove him from the list.

The Renegade
Mike Shaw
Giant Gonzales
Van Hammer
Viscera (I haven't seen much of him in his "prime" but seriously, how good can such a wrestler get?)

Honorable mentions: The Wall and Beefcake. Kenzo Suzuki really sucked ass too.

About Ahmed, he only had three singles PPV matches, far as I can tell: the five-minute match with Booker, a seven-minute match with HHH, and an actually not-awful match with Goldust and KOTR 96, which is either **1/4 or **1/2. Given time, Ahmed wasn't awful enough to make my list.

As for Kronik, I took a look at all of their WCW 2000 matches, with the exception of the Goldberg squash, I have them all between ** and **1/2.

And about the Harris Brothers, I make the claim that anyone that has **1/4 matches in ECW, WCW, WWF, and TNA cannot make a "worst" list.

And you've got some problems if Kanyon has to carry you.

Yeah I thought the Meltdown was just a Pumphandle wasn't it?

Yep. So I guess The Real Double J would get let off the "most pointless gimmicks of all time" list.

On the subject of Mike Shaw, the debut of Friar Ferguson has easily become one of my favorite youtube videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Onltv0D9QFQ

Giant Gonzalez
Glacier
Zeus

Mike Shaw

I'll go ahead and throw Kurrgan, Khali, Boogeyman, Nathan Jones and Evad Sullivan in as honorable mentions.

Gotta love that entrance theme, and I never understood the deal with the notebook attached to his gut.

I get the feeling he came up with that part himself and thought it was really clever, because you know monks can't talk. That or the whole outfit was so inconspicuous that he needed to wear a title to let everyone know what his gimmick was.

Still wouldn't explain why there was a smiley face drawn above monk. Unless they wanted to make sure everyone knew he was suppose to be the face in the match.

Actually, I found the smiley face helpful, because I was just about to be offended before I realized he wasn't an evil monk.

Yeah, it would've been a tough call to make. There was something evil about that horseshoe hair.
