The following is from WWE.com: This past week on Raw, Randy Orton told partner Edge he wouldn’t have his back in the main event, citing a meeting with Mr. McMahon’s Executive Assistant, Jonathan Coachman. Wednesday morning, WWE.com found out the reason for that meeting: The Legend Killer’s potential participation at WrestleMania 23. WWE.com has learned that on Monday night, Orton will face Carlito and Ric Flair in a Triple Threat Qualifying Match for the final spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania. While Coachman granted Orton’s wish of a chance to qualify, he also gave Flair and Carlito a second chance. The two battled in what was supposed to be the final qualifying match last Monday, but The Great Khali attacked both, ending the match in a No Contest and leaving the final spot vacant. Will Orton completely fulfill his Steve Austin will appear live next Monday on RAW. Donald Trump will appear live on the show as well. Mick Foley will appear live on ECW next week as well. wish and move on to WrestleMania, or will Flair or Carlito make good on their second chance at the Money in the Bank? |

Okay here's how I predict it goes. Ortonand Edge fight as a team throughout the MITB match, until it comes down to them both on the ladder, with Orton throwing Edge off and getting the briefcase. Thus starting an Edge/Orton feud after mania.

This fucking sucks. I was really hoping to see Carlito make it into the MITB match, this year, seeing as how Flair has already been involved in one. Looks like the burying will continue as scheduled . . . I mean, does it not come into consideration that any and all members of this match should be experienced with the stipulation? People like Booker T, Finlay, Lashley (from last year), etc., don't deserve to take up spots in such a high-profile encounter when there are people whose styles mesh perfectly with the concept. My perfect/dream MITB match would include the following people: - Brian Kendrick - Carlito - CM Punk - Edge - Jeff Hardy - Matt Hardy - Mr. Kennedy - Paul London That should be how the match is put together. Randy FUCKING Orton can't have a regular one-on-one match without using 15 chinlocks, yet he is deemed suitable to compete in a ladder match? I don't think so. If Rey Mysterio had been cleared to start wrestling before 'Mania, I would have included him in the MITB match, as well . . . |

Funny as fuck comment, made me have a nice laugh. As for MITB, Edge to win it, Orton later on in the year cost's Edge the title match some how, and it goes on from there. Probs not going to happen but still. |

Even better. Don,... they don't care. And anyway, Kendrick and London are already preoccupied and Carlito doesnt deserve it. |

Well said Don. I like your list, minus Edge, plus Helms. I use to hate Edge, but I have learned lately just how valuable he is. I think he needs a high profile match. A match with Benoit would have been perfect. I don't want to second guess the choices at this point, but I think this could have been booked a little better. |

It matters not that Londrick are already preoccupied, as the Intercontinental Championship isn't being defended at 'Mania, so it isn't a must that the Tag Titles should be, either. As far as your comment on Carlito is concerned, however, he deserves to be in there more than fucking Finlay. Or Ric Flair, for that matter; seeing as how he has already been involved in one. Randy Orton can go suck a railroad spike, for all I care. I'd like to see how he'd react it if someone were to poop in his luggage, for a change . . . |

But its not just a ladder match for the sake of being a ladder match Don. Its for a chance at the championship. And if people that are not really in their element in a ladder match are in it, its because this may be their only chance at getting a shot. [/kayfabe] I personally like it, it adds something else to the importance of the match, and the championship shot. What the hell have you got against Finlay anyway man/ |

I got to say, I think Finlay pwns all man-ass in a WWE ring. That, and he is an excellent teacher. |

I've got nothing against Finlay, man. I love watching Finlay in the ring. I just don't understand why he gets to be in the same match twice, without having really accomplished much to warrant a spot either time. That's all. Sure, he's a former U.S. Champion; but so is Carlito. Carlito has also held the Intercontinental Championship, which would technically make him more of a success story than Finlay as of right now. Besides; it makes no sense to incorporate 2 hopefuls for the MITB match if they're just going to give the spot to someone else (Orton), in the 1st place. They should have just replaced one of the two with Orton, last Monday, and had him go over . . . |

What the fuck has Carlito done thats so special? Finlay had a fucking awesome last year dude. He owned SmackDown for months whilst Carly was still trying to figure out how to springboard. |
