This is long overdue, but A-fucking men! 50 Cent is awful at everything he does, he can barely get out a whole verse, so lord knows why he took up acting. It's nice to see that his movie still dwells in the IMDb bottom 100. |

The Libertines - The Boys in the band Great band, great song. Reminds me of my highschool years. I love this track. 9/10 for me. Great to sing along to with a bunch of mates! |

Working Class Hero-John Lennon. Fucking great song. It's not really even a song... he describes a horrible lifestyle. It's all great... and he puts plenty of emotion in it. It's dark, it's deep, and I love it. All hail Lennon. Next Hapiness is a Warm Gun- Beatles Yeah. I know. BEATLEMANIA... IS RUNNIN' WILD! I like this song. Not to lovey-dovey, or sappy. Sure. It's a love-song, but it's different. Not like, "Yesterday" by Paul McCartney or even "Hey Jude." Next after Next Bohemian Rhapsody- Queen All I have to say about this piece of music is. ROCK. THE. FUCK. ON! Everytime I play it, I have the urge to sing it out loud in the top of my lungs. This will compensate easily for the shitloads of Beatles I have played today. Can't wait for this one to play. |

"Babylon Sisters"- Steely Dan This song is perhaps the epitome of "cool", and Donald Fagen is one of the most underappreciated lyricists of all time. Son, you're playing with fire; The kid will live and learn As he watches his bridges burn From the point of no return His keyboard work's hella groovy as well. |

D & D - Stephen Lynch ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joylAVP6v5M ) Lynch is an awesome comedian/musician. The dialogue outside of the song between Lynch and Mark Teich (and Drew Lynch) is what makes this song |

I'm a big Queen fan, but along with Imagine and Wonderwall, I believe this to be one of the most overrated songs ever. Pure guff. |

Red Hot Chili Peppers - "Higher Ground" This is a cover of Stevie Wonder's "Higher Ground." Sure his version was great, but the Chili's version just rules. The best song off Mother's Milk. |

Bullshit. Just because it's played a lot, doesn't make it 'guff'. For it to be Number 1 on two seperate occasions, the only song to do so, 15 years apart (thanks to Wayne's World, but whatever), means it's popular. Because it's great. Queen - Made In Heaven Title track. Not too good. Bit rough. Bit turd. Bit crap. But it'll do. It's no I'm In Love With My Car, but it's fine for now. |

I never equated the longevity or success of the song with my own opinion that it's crap. Sure it's popular, but so is Imagine, the most dire and banal song ever produced. |

Lostprophets - "Can't Catch Tomorrow (Good Shoes Won't Save You This Time)" A guilty pleasure. Surely not their best song but I really like it. It's extremely catchy. |

Slipknot - Vermillion pt. II The best thing aboot this song is that it is very unlike Slipknot. Slow, reflective, etc. You could see it as a normal long distance attraction where the dreamer creates an image of his/hers attraction and it doesn't sum up in the real world, thus making it not true in the real world: "She isn't real" Oh, and before I forget: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk0dPtT4kLo |

Kozmic Blues - Janis Joplin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TwYkgBqd1uQ My vocabularly isnt strong enough to do this song justice quite frankly. Joplin sings ike she always did, like her life depended on it. And it simply just stirs the soul. Listen to it. Now. But it don't make no difference baby, no, no, 'Cause I know that I could always try. There's a fire inside of everyone of us, huh-uh, I'm gonna need it now, I'm gonna hold it yeah, I'm gonna use it till the day I die. |

"Let There Be Love" by Oasis. The music in this song is a total rip off of Mr. Bungle's Retrovertigo(And I'm not saying that to be a dick, or to rep Mr. Bungle, it really is.) |

Red Hot Chili Peppers - "Under the Bridge" One of the best Chili's song, maybe even their best ever. Such a fantastic song. |

Over The Rainbow-Sarah Vaughan I can say unequivocally that Sarah Vaughan is the greatest female vocalist of all time. Listening to her sing this song practically gives me goosebumps. |

Mongo Santamaria-"Midnight and You My second time listening to this piece in the last 12 hours, after feeling absolutely compelled to early this morning. I forgot how good it was, and songs like this really make me lament the decline of jazz fusion. The instruments so vividly create the mood of a warm summer night, I really do start to feel it. The synthesizer/flute combo really aids the mellow ambience, and at the end I always feel more relaxed than at the beginning of the piece. If preparing some music for a late night rendezvous with a significant other this summer, or even just looking for some new chillout grooves, this piece is a must have. |

Queen - "I'm In Love With My Car" QUEEN~! And to quote Eric Idle... [Need I] "say no moooooore". Contextually, I've ruined it, but this song, it's a goer, sir. Queen. Fast rockers. Awesome guitar riffs. Drumming a l'excellence. Bliss. Makes up for the slight boredom of Face the Music (E.L.O.) |
