Bellatrix walked down into the dungeons of the new school, finding it weird that there wasn't a common room hidden beneath a lake. But it was worth the feeling. She stepped lightly through the hallways, and turned down a corridor to find the empty room that was picked out for the evening's events. Her and her cousin had a bit of gloating to do, and rightfully so. They had succeeded in a most difficult task. One worth immense respect due to the heavy determination, and fierce planning. It went perfectly.

She smiled in her deranged, sinister fashion as she stepped into the classroom and closed the door behind her. The room was empty still, except for a single small table and two chairs. Perfect for the pair who planned on occupying the small space. She walked over to the small table and lit the large candlabra with her wand and took a seat. The room was dark and grim in appearance, with only the low flicker of the flames shedding barely enough light to see around the room.

Perfect for a dark celebration, and discussion. They were now both murderers and she rellished in this fact. A gleaming smile spread widely across her doll-like face as she recalled the event. As she remembered the forbidden words rolling so easily off of her tongue. The jet of green harsh light. Taking life away. Taking life away and granting access to the dark forces to purge the wretched school of the filth and slime that seemed so welcomed in the ancient halls that were once filled with the purest of all witches and wizards. Muggles were beneath them, only those who were born in raised in this world had the right to be apart of it. Mudbloods were worthless. Half-bloods shameful, and squibbs merely fresh meat to chew up and spit out.

She saw the old headmaster. The light of life leaving his eyes at the words of her and Issy and a cold, dark, cruel laugh escaped her lips at the memory. He was pathetic and useless, ignorant to what was coming to him and completely fooled that he was safe and in control the entire time. Her laugh grew colder as she thought of their fatal deceit. She was powerful, she had learned well, and they both were brilliant.

Not who you think I am.

The truth about the headmaster's death? The media had described his killer as an older man because that was what someone had thought that they had seen. The truth... well, Isis wasn't sure of the truth anymore. What she did know was what she and Bellatrix had been given one assignment: to get the Headmaster out of the way. And Isis could still see the light leave his eyes as both girls uttered that single curse. Now, who's Killing Curse had gotten there first and actually taken his life? No one would ever know. It's not like it mattered to Isis. It had been a job and they had done it, as simple as that. She didn't regret a single thing about that night except maybe that one thing. Maybe the Headmaster's life shouldn't have been taken. Now, that was a crazy thought for someone like her, but truth be told Isis wasn't like everyone thought. She was by no means good, but she knew that the old professor's time had not been up. It would have been different if he had been a tyrant, or a captor, but he was neither. He was simply in the way.

"Miss Frost, is there something you wish to speak to me about?" The old headmaster's voice reached the raven-haired girl and her smiling expression froze. Did he know? How could he possibly know? He probably had no idea about her assignment. Well, it wasn't exactly her's anymore, but Bellatrix's as well. She'd been training for it all of her life and she knew that she would succeed. "Miss Frost?" Isis looked up sharply and cleared her throat. "Of course not, professor," she replied respectfully. But by the look on his face, he wasn't believing her infallible act. Leaning in closer, Isis hoped he couldn't hear her heartbeat. How could he always seem to look right through her? No one had ever been able to do that before, and it bothered and frightened her. "You know that anything you tell me will be completely confidential. If you needed help-" Isis cut him off, her face cold and her mind clear. "Sorry professor, but I don't know what you're talking about. Now, I'd better not be late to Charms. Good day, sir."

Isis knew this wasn't guilt. She didn't feel bad because she had murdered someone. She felt grief for a great man - and he was indeed a great man. How could he have known that the two Slytherins who had asked to come and see him would be the very reason that Hogwarts would fall that night? As she slipped into the room Bella was supposed to meet her in, her usual smirk returned as well. If Isis weren't such a good actress, she would be dead by now. For all anyone else would know, she was gleaming with pride at the fact that the headmaster had fallen at their hands. As if she had enjoyed the killing. Even if she did enjoy a good torture now and again, Isis didn't think that she could ever truly enjoy killing for the sport. Maybe for revenge, but never for entertainment. Not like her dear cousin Bella. Bless her soul. "Bella," she greeted, her eyes sparkling with their secret. "This certainly is a dreadful school, isn't it? They couldn't even be bothered to have a Serpent house," she complained lightly before taking a seat at the candle-lit table. Taking the girl's hands she kissed her cheek in their usual greeting. "Father sent word only yesterday. They have been more successful than they could have ever dreamt, which means great rewards for us."

Bella had been awaiting that night long before it happened. When her cousin first came to her with their assignment. Now that it was accomplished it left the girl with a sense of joyful emptiness. Most of the mudbloods had been purged from their world. She saw the dementor's kiss more than once that night. A sight that would have chilled anyone to the bone, but Bella had watched in sick amusement as she saw students and even a few staff members lose their souls. They had cleaned out the school like a large vacuum, and she wondered what exactly they were up to now. Did they give their dark kiss to everybody, or were some put to use? A dark, malicious grin spread across her face as she thought of the idea of mudbloods being turned into slaves.

"The Headmaster is in the way, and he must be taken care of," Isis said to her. "And it's going to take both of us," she finished. Bella's eyes had lit up at the mention of disposing of the Headmaster. A chance to use the killing curse, that famous fatal curse. And to use it on someone high up on the totem pole. She had practically salivated at the thought. "Tell me, Issy, what are our instructions then?" She asked her cousin, her heart beginning to race as her beloved relative started to draw out the details.

The door opened to the small classroom and she smiled at the sight of her striking cousin who was more like a sister to her. "Bella," she greeted her, her eyes sparkling with the same excitement that burned in her. "This certainly is a dreadful school, isn't it? They couldn't even be bothered to have a Serpent house," her cousin complained lightly as she sat down in the chair beside her and took her hands in her and kissed her lightly on the cheek. Bella did so in return to finalize their usual greeting as her cousin continued to update her.

"Father sent word only yesterday. They have been more successful than they could have ever dreamt, which means great rewards for us." Bella smiled sinisterly at her cousin's words. Of course they would be successful, it was all simply flawless. Her eyes flickered with delight at Issy's mention of their rewards. Although she would have done the deed without compensation, purging the filth from the school was something was willing to take part in whole heartedly.

"Lovely to see you, Issy," she said with a smile. "Yes, it's simply dreadful, being called a Raven," her lip curling in disgust at the mention of the house she had been sorted into. "But there's less filth here, the blood traitors should be next. And oh Issy! I'm so glad to hear that!" She said rather shrilly and hugged her cousin tightly. "What sort of rewards?" The girl asked, her interest burning. She didn't need to be rewarded, to her it was merely a chance to practice the unforgivable curse. And to Bella that was reward enough, but others? She could hardly sit still at the thought.
