Poll: New Format?

Hello all!
So things have seemed to die out around here before they even got underway and I'm not entirely sure why. I do have a theory and a potential solution. However, since this new incarnation of the board is more focused on you, yours characters and their interactions, I wanted to get your opinions. The idea is to have A Charmed Legacy switch over to a 'create your own thread' format for the duration of its existence.
This new format will give members the opportunity to post uninhibited by the inactivity of others. If one thread is running a bit slow, then you move on to the next. Simple as that. With the board's focus on the characters and their interactions more so than actual linear plots, this format may actually be better in the long run. Of course, I will still create threads based on particular threads that I believe need to be played out.
Anyways, I won't get too much into the details of how this new format will run just yet. I would like to hear what everyone thinks and if we decide to move in that direction, then I will delve further into the board's administration. Can't wait to hear from you!

This is the hierarchy over at MAGIC just so that there's no confusion on rank, etc.
Executive Director - Aidan Scott
Operations Director - John Grant
Psi Division Director - Natalia Vasquez
Medical/Research Director - Rebecca Bradshaw
Squad Leaders (i.e. Tanner Alleyne)
Agents (by order of seniority)

Welcome one, welcome all!
After a bit of a hiatus, I have decided to reopen A Charmed Legacy. The decision was not an easy one. The way things went previously had left me a bit cold. And bitter. However, I have recovered and am ready to try again! Not without a few changes, mind you.
First of all, there will be no original evil characters. Evil chars will be RPd by the staff. It just makes things easier. Most evil chars end up lost with no direction and tend to lack in the overall evil department. Besides which, the board's new focus doesn't really allow for evil OCs.
Which brings me to my second point. ACL was very much a plot oriented board. I had my ideas for what I wanted to happen and the chars played it out. This new ACL will not be run like that. There will still be some overarcing plots I'm sure, but this new board will be very character oriented. The story will revolve around them, and not the other way around. So this lies in part with the players and remaining active, keeping the interaction going.
There have been many changes around the board, so I suggest taking a look around starting with the Rules and Regulations forum to be followed by Chronicle IX, which outlines where the board's plot is taking us.
If you have any questions, or just wanna express your excitement/disdain, do so below!
